渡辺翔太（Snow Man）が映画単独初主演を務める、7月25日公開の「事故物件ゾク 恐い間取り」で渡辺が自ら”事故物件”のルームツアーを敢行。 　原作は、芸人で作家の松原タニシによるノンフィクション・ホラー書籍「事故物件怪談 恐い間取り」シリーズ（二見書房刊）。実際に事故物件に住み続ける松原の描写は「こわ過ぎて部屋に入れない」という声が巻き起こるほど。シリーズ累計25万部を記録する大ヒットとなっている。2020年8月には亀梨和也主演で「事故物件 恐い間取り」が公開され、21世紀（2001年以降）に公開された邦画ホラー作品として最大のヒットとなる興行収入23.4億円を記録、社会現象を巻き起こした。 　劇中に登場する“事故物件”の一つでもある降霊するシェアハウスのセットを訪れた渡辺は、自ら“事故物件”のルームツアーを行い、注目ポイントを解説し始める。
